Takreem may change the privacy policy at any time by posting the new version on the website.
Tips distribution
All tips provided by end user are the sole property of entity/business owner. The business retains full discretion to determine whether these funds will be distributed, and if so, the manner and timing of such distribution, in accordance with its internal policies.
1. Information We Collect
We collect different types of personal information depending on your role (End User, Business Staff, Business Owner, or Takreem Admin) and how you interact with Takreem. The types of information we may collect include:
1.1 Information Provided by You
Business employee Users:
• Manual Sign-Up: When you create an account manually, we collect your personal and business information as mentioned in the agreement contract.
• User Activity: We collect data related to your interactions with the App, such as businesses you search for, reviews you leave, and badges you earn.
1.2 Automatically Collected InformationDevice Information:
We collect information about your device, including the operating system (iOS or Android), device model, and unique device identifiers.Usage Data: We collect data about how you interact with the App, such as the features you use, the time spent on the App, and your search queries.Location Data: If you enable location services, we may collect your GPS data to provide personalized recommendations and services.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies :We use cookies and similar technologies to track your activity on the App and improve your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
The personal information required during the execution of the application includes your name, address, phone number, email address, and other similar information necessary to identify you and complete the application.
While browsing our website, we collect browsing data and data flow that shows the pages you have visited on the site, the type of features you have used, or the duration of your visit to a specific page, etc. This information does not reveal your identity or link to you personally. • With Takreem Owners, Takreem Staff and Business Owners: Tip and review data is shared with the relevant businesses and staff to help improve services and provide feedback.
• For Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, such as complying with legal processes, protecting our rights, or responding to lawful requests by public authorities.
• With Aggregated Data: We may share anonymized or aggregated data with businesses to help them improve their services without revealing any personally identifiable information.
• To third-party service providers: ho provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, payment processing, order fulfillment, infrastructure and IT services, customer service, email delivery, credit card processing, and other similar services to enable them to provide services.
• Identify you to anyone you send messages to: regarding content related to the site through the site.
• Promoters or those responsible for promotions: (regardless of whether the promotions are hosted by us or not) or otherwise according to the applicable regulations governing these promotions. You should carefully review the regulations, if any, for each promotion you participate in, as they may contain additional important information regarding the use of your PII by the sponsor or third parties. To the extent that the terms and conditions of those regulations regarding the handling of your PII differ from this privacy policy, the terms and conditions of those regulations will control.

(2) protect and defend our property or other rights, users of the website, or the public. This includes sharing information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk protection.
4. How We Protect Your Information

The personal information collected on our website will be shared with the business when your tip or review is processed. We have agreements with all partner businesses that restrict the disclosure or additional processing of the information provided to them by us. Your personal information will be used to inform you about the status of your tip or review. Personal information will not be shared with any of our business partners or affiliated companies without your consent. It will be handled confidentially and will not be disclosed to external parties unless we are required to do so by applicable legislation. We only send marketing emails to those who have specifically requested to receive such information.
Our website contains secure pages for collecting user information, and important data is stored encrypted. We use various technical and administrative practices to help protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of data stored in our system. 4.1 Marketing

If you have reason to believe that your communication with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you have with us has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us as per the "Contact Us" section below (please note that if you choose to notify us by regular mail, this will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem).
5.1 How to Delete Your Account
Please note that if you have pending transactions or unpaid amounts, you will not be able to delete your account. Please complete all pending transactions and/or payments to delete your account.
You can request to delete your account by contacting us at info@takreem.ae. Please note that we may retain certain information for legal or operational purposes.
Please note that if you delete your account, your personal data will also be deleted, but we may need to retain some of your information if it is processed as part of our legal obligations or legitimate interests (or those of a third party), such as confirming or defending legal claims, preventing fraud, or protecting ourselves or others from hostile behavior. Once your data is deleted from the mobile application, it will be permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.
Additionally, "Your account may be deactivated if your UAE residence visa expires and is not renewed.
5.2 Verification, Update, and Modification of Personal Information
Members can update their personal and business information at any time by logging into their account and accessing "My Account," where you can update your personal and business information. This is subject to approval by Takreem.
5.3 Information About the Services We Provide
It is important for us to provide you with the highest level of service. To help us do this, we may occasionally send you details of products, services, discounts, offers, and campaigns that we believe you may be interested in. We may send marketing communications with your consent. If at any time you do not wish to receive this information and wish to unsubscribe from marketing communications, please contact us by email or log into your account to change the relevant settings from the "My Account" link on the user homepage.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Takreem may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to track user activity and improve the user experience. Cookies are small text files that store information on your device. You can control the use of cookies through your device or browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some features of Takreem.
Google Analytics
• Purpose: Google Analytics helps us track and analyze user activity, such as the pages visited, time spent on the App, and user demographics.
